HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
CAN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS BE CHANGED?
Address changes cannot be made after placing your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly. Please be sure to double check the address you have entered as we cannot be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If you entered the incorrect address, please contact us immediately so that it may be cancelled. If the order is returned to us "undeliverable", we can then ship it to the correct address. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
