Returns and Refund
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We stand behind our products. Simply send us an email to skinnovus.com with your order number and details of which item you would like to return. We take all the risk out of ordering by offering an unmatched guarantee but please note that certain products have different time periods but we’ll always do our best to take care of you.
Wrong Address / Return Package by Shipping Company
If you have entered the wrong address or did not put an apartment/suite number and the package gets returned to us, then we will refund the order minus the shipping cost. We do not reship any return order due to the wrong address or orders refused by the customer. If you still need the order then you need to place a NEW order again with the right information. We do not change any address without consulting the customer. If you have placed an order and you have realized that you have entered the wrong address just send us an e-mail at: support (@) skinnovus.com
Add the correct address and we will change it for you if your package is not shipped.
If you believe your device has a defect – we offer a replacement at no charge. PLEASE note, in order to avoid abuse of our policies – we do not offer refunds on faulty devices unless the device was used for at least 180 days. Regardless, if you believe the device is malfunctioning – we can reship a brand new one in 2-3 days. To return your product, we will provide you with a shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an Email confirmation containing your order number and items included. We ask that you please double-check your shipping address. We accept all cancellations and changes within 4 hours after the order was placed. Simply email us at [email protected] with the request. We will process the charges/refunds and get back to you right away. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
